Graduate Programs

Fellowships

Teaching assistantships and school fellowships provide the most common forms of financial award for graduate students in architecture. Students with fellowships are awarded a stipend without a requirement to do work. Assistantships require the recipient to work in support of teaching or research. Research assistantships are periodically available and are filled by the professors who require assistance on scholarly projects. Between 30% and 60% of the graduate students in the School of Architecture receive financial support.
